Why there are no refunds

Your Career Clarity report is written for you by AI the moment your payment goes through. Each report costs us to generate, it's built only from your answers, and it can't be returned, reused or resold. Once it's generated, the service has been delivered in full.

That's why you see the first page of your report free, before you pay anything. If the preview doesn't feel useful, simply don't unlock the full report. By paying ₹199, you confirm you've seen the free preview and accept that the purchase can't be refunded.

Cancellations

Because the report is generated straight away, an order can't be cancelled once payment is complete. There's no subscription and nothing renews, so there's nothing to cancel later.

When something goes wrong on our side

We'll always make it right if the problem is ours:

• You paid but didn't get your report. Email us with the email address you used and your payment ID. We'll generate your report again or resend it.
• You were charged twice for the same report. We'll return the extra payment to your original payment method.
• Money left your account but the payment failed. Failed payments are normally reversed automatically by your bank or by Razorpay. If it hasn't come back within 7 working days, contact us with the transaction details and we'll help you follow it up.

Where we do return money in these cases, it goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days of us approving it, depending on your bank.

Coupons and referral discounts

Discounts from coupons or referral codes can't be exchanged for cash, and a code can't be applied after you've paid.
