How you receive your report

• Once your payment is confirmed, your report is generated and shown on screen, usually within about a minute.
• A PDF copy and a private link to your report are emailed to the address you gave us.
• You can open the private link again later to view or download your report.

Where we deliver

Reports are delivered online, anywhere you can open a web page and receive email.

If your report doesn't arrive

• Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from support@mycareerclarity.in.
• If you still can't find it within 24 hours of paying, contact us with the email address you used and your payment ID. We'll resend it or generate it again.

Because reports are delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds. See our cancellation and refund policy.
